I have visited oxyfarm resort with family for a small staycation.I should say that they have amazed us with exellent hospitality and service. Resort located in a very beautiful place surrounded by tea leaves plantation and deep forest. They have independed villas according to the people strength. They have taken extra care to assure the hygeine in Each villas with all the ameneties provided. i must say about the food which is awesome with a dedicated person to attend throughout the meal/breakfast/dinner time. They have a wide range of facilities to conduct games and fun activities followed by campfire. We had a good time there and sure its gonna be a regular stop point in our future trips. I must start off by saying that I am surprised the way the whole trip was planned by you during our stay at Coorg wilderness Resort from 1st Oct to 4 Oct 2020, As this was our first experience with a travel agent we still went ahead as we were convinced by the way the whole process was handled, We would like to start thanking you from the point where you helped us finalize the property which would suit us( since we were traveling with our kid ) , the transaction, the followups you have made, those extra efforts Ms.Jinisha has put to know if we started and what time we would reach the property which actually helped us for an effortless check-in. The attention to detail in this case when we actually mentioned we were taking this break for our anniversary during our initial conversation and you managed to surprise us with a cake which was just perfect. Initially, I was sceptical for planning my vacation through a tourist organization as I used to plan my vacation all by myself, especially during these tough times. This time I decided to give it a try. I have planned for Coorg and Chickmagalur (Karnataka). JIRIS holiday has absolutely nailed it. You guys have crafted my holiday plan with care!! I travelled with my elderly parents and my toddler son. The rooms were absolutely neat and the property were really amazing. Everyone in my family enjoyed it to the core which includes my driver. Especially the food at both the places were impeccable. During this pandemic, the hotels have followed all the safety protocols. Special mention to people at IBNII Springs. I came to know about JiRis Holidays through one of my friends. He had suggested me after he went for a vacation through JIRIS. Initially we were little skeptical and worried to go through a thrid party since we always book directly and was also hesitant since it is the pandamic time. But once we contact Jinisha, she suggests you the places according to our budget and also gives good offers if we go through JIRIS .They also assured that the hotel takes good precautions for the covid 19. We had been to coorg wilderness resort through JIRIS and i can't thank them enough for it. We had a memorable and pleasant stay. It was truly the best vacation I ever had in my life and am happy that we came to know about JiRis Holidays. I am immensely happy to write a feedback and to share my booking experience with jiri’s holiday . We are undoubtedly happy and satisfied. We really enjoyed the trip. It was well organized by you even at the time of COVID. Resort was really a sublime place for honeymoon couples and family too. Any age group people would have a good and peaceful time there. accommodations were awesome the rooms you prefer for us was fantastic we really had a very great time and the ambience in and out were stupendous . food were excellent and especially seafood were extremely pungent . Both the vythiri haven and treehouse experience were so good.On the whole we would like to Travel again with jiri’s holiday in future and we would definitely recommend Jiri’s holiday trip planning.
